That would be me...the evil wife! You see, Eric's X-box broke about a month ago....(

wah!!!) Anyways, he sent it in to get fixed, and it came back fixed.....last week. I promptly took it and put it in the closet to hide it conveniently forgetting to tell Eric about it. (Whoops!) Now fast-forward to today. Eric calls and tells me to go check the front porch to see if his X-box is there. I tell him that it's not there because I just got the mail and didn't see anything. He then asks me if I kidding him. After much going back and forth, and mind you...I never lied once.....he comes to accept the fact that it is not on our front porch even though the UPS website is saying that it was delivered and signed for by an "Alma," and hangs up.
He calls me back about 20 minutes later...chuckling on the phone....I knew that he had figured it out by then, but I still chose to play dumb. I thought he would have been upset, but he actually thought it was funny that I had kept it for almost a week without telling him. He said that he finally figured it out after he was on the phone with the x-box people for 10 minutes and realized that the date that it said it was delivered was the twelfth. Of course, then he wanted me to tell him where it was....(yeah, right!) He had to go on his own search to find that silly toy!!
(Did I mention that I've been watching my season one of I Love Lucy.....I think Lucy has been a bad influence on me....This is sooooo what Lucy would have done to Ricky!)
