So, have you ever been to the Melting Pot? It's a fondue restauraunt. I've been at least four times, and this was the most I enjoyed the food. I think it's because we venured out and got something a little different instead of getting the norm. We got the fiesta cheese fondue which had tostitos chip to dip in there, and then we got the meal with Mojo pot which they said was a little Carribean tasting. As always, the best part of the meal was the dessert, the Cookies and Cream. They mix chocolate, Oreos, and Marshmallows in the fondue pot. See them there in the picture next the the graham-covered marshmallows. They almost blend into the plate. Then they give you all different sorts of stuff like strawberries, cheesecake, brownies, and marshmallows to dip in there. The best is the Oreo covered marshmallows. Yeah, that lasted a whole 5 minutes at our table.

Okay, you must try this:
Chicken Dip
a bar of cream cheese
one can of cream of chicken soup
one can of canned chicken jalopeno slices/juice.
Mix this all together and you get best dip for your tostitos chips. I mean so good! You can add the jalepenos until your hearts content or you can not add them at all. So good. Oh yeah, you BROIL it for about 10 minutes, and then it's ready. Your mouth will be so happy. Did I mention how good it is?

i love the melting pot!!! we usually have dark chocolate with amaretto for dessert. yummy!
